Went grocery shopping yesterday and stocked up on some things (soda, snacks, more soda etc). I bought 20 boxes of different Little Debbie snack cakes but as of this am 3 of those boxes are empty! I asked each one of my roommates if they'd seen them and all 3 roommates responded with "no, YOU ate them". And then I remembered. Oops! Can't seem to control my appetite, even when I'm full I'm already thinking of my next snack or meal. I feel that since I'm a bad girl, and exercise and a diet haven't started yet I need some helpful reminders as to why I need help. Where's all the harsh teasing!
