Hi, if your "About me" section are correct, you are really skinny. 1,86 metres and only around 56 kilos is critically underweight. If this is correct, I'd say it should be easy to tell your wife that you want to gain. It's not uncommon that very skinny men (and women) who do not gain easily feel bad with their low weight. I know a handful of both males and females who really struggle, because they can eat what and as much as possible but still don't gain and they are unhappy with this. If you belong to this kind of people, let your wife know, that you wish to put on some weight and need her help. I bet she understands. So you could try to do researches together, what could help you gain. And if you are a playful couple, you can try to include your weight gain efforts in a playful situation.
