It's more about probability. I didn't gain in college. Not for a lack of want. I just didn't have the opportunity. I was working and going to school full time, tending to my sick mother, and taking care of my siblings. Plus, I had to pay for everything with no help.
Money was tight and I couldn't eat like I wanted to. I ate regularly, but often times I was still really hungry.
