So coming back here, I began to realize that my feelings about this seem to start to change. I don't know how to explain it other than, when I'm looking at myself I feel attractive but looking at photos or in the mirror somewhat disgusts me. I don't know when this started but I do know that its very conflicting.

I'd say I experience the opposite. I can feel very fat but then look in the mirror and feel disappointed.
