Stuffed pepper recipe

Using Serrano peppers :

Cut a slit in the pepper long ways on the top; remove seeds or not, your choice. Gently stuff up to one sausage without membrane, leaving enough room for cream cheese. Gently pack as much cream cheese you can into the pepper without ripping the pepper. Wrap bacon around pepper and use toothpicks to hold in place. Grill for up 30 minutes to ensure chili has softened.
