You can make a white russian with heavy cream, which is very high calorie. Unfortunately, I don’t like the taste of them at all, but they’re fairly popular so they must taste good to some people.
If you add a little amaretto that might make it a little more flavorful, I usually do my White Russians with coconut milk (the thick stuff from the can) and amaretto and it’s delicious, but heavy cream would probably be more caloric.
